The Lotus Symbol

I chose photographs of lotuses for the new bannner I put on my Facebook page because the lotus symbolizes the principle of reincarnation: just as one lifetime is not enough to learn everything we need to know and master all of life's lessons, so one petal is not enough to make a flower. Now in this exciting time of 2012, many of us are gathering all the knowledge we have gained throughout many lives and using it to heal our hearts, set our relationships right, and work for the common good, understanding we are all part of the web of life. Transforming Fear into Gold

I'm still rubbing my eyes, adjusting to the joy of seeing my new book in print, Transforming Fear into Gold:How Facing What Frightens You the Most Can Heal and Light Up Your Heart. Two hundred pages of this book are dedicated to an extended case history of a woman I call Paula who reports being abused by a satanic cult. She told me unspeakable horrors and then asked me to write her story. My heart responded to her request, as it feels really important to my soul's mission, and I had been trying to get her story into print for the past 17 years. At first I was paralyzed by fear that if I disclosed what she told me the cult did to her, I would be attacked. Poultergiest activity happened in my home, and I felt as if I were being bombarded with fear, phenomena my client reported happening to her on a regular basis. The first thing that helped me with these overwhelming feelings was learning Thought Field Therapy, a way to tap on acupressure points to relieve negative emotions. I tapped on the points for trauma a lot! The last day I saw this client at the clinic where I worked, the brakes went out on my car on the way home, which scared me even more. I had the fear that if I tried to publish this story, the editors or publishers or someone would block my way. Sometimes when dark energy is involved, everything goes wrong. My worst fears were that my computer would get stolen, the files would get corrupted, the printing press would break, etc. As I faced what frightened me the most, I learned to enlist transpersonal help from the angelic realm, and I asked people to pray for me. Invisible support surrounded and embraced me, and I was able to move forward with the book. At the end, something shifted about a month ago and the home stretch speeded up. With the help of my publisher, the eLance layout person, and an angelic push, the book got finalized, sent to the printer, and it was in print eight days later. Thank you angels in heaven and Light-filled humans on earth for your love, support, and protection to bring the distortions that run the dark side into the Light of consciousness for transformation!
